At Rafam Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods such as fresh food, opened packages, and customized products are non-returnable.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or phone with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
  4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  5. Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any such issues.
